2. Scope of Services

2.1 Pressure Washing

  • The Company will perform pressure washing services as per the agreed scope and specifications outlined in the service agreement.
  • The Client is responsible for removing any obstacles and ensuring the area is accessible and safe for the Company’s personnel.
  • The Client must provide access to water and electricity.

2.2 Painting

  • The Company will carry out painting services as per the agreed color and type of paint specified in the service agreement.
  • The Client must provide access to water and electricity if needed and ensure the area is ready for painting.

2.3 Roofing

  • The Company will provide roofing services, including repair, replacement, and installation, as per the agreed specifications detailed in the service agreement.
  • The Client is responsible for securing necessary permits and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

3. Estimates and Payments

3.1 Estimates

  • All estimates provided by the Company are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
  • Estimates are based on the information provided by the Client and any changes to the scope of work may result in a revised estimate.

3.2 Payments

  • A deposit of 50% is required upon acceptance of the estimate, with the balance due upon completion of the services.
  • Payments can be made via Check, Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Cryptocurrency.
  • Late payments will incur a fee of 3% per month until the balance is paid in full.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • The Client must provide accurate information and notify the Company of any changes that may affect the Services.
  • The Client must ensure the site is ready for the Company’s personnel and equipment.
  • The Client must obtain all necessary permits and approvals before work commences.

5. Company Responsibilities

  • The Company will perform the Services in a professional manner and in accordance with industry standards.
  • The Company will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • The Company will carry appropriate insurance coverage for its operations.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

  • The Company provides a warranty for its Services for a period of [time period] from the date of completion.
